Waterville is the county seat for Douglas County, Washington. In addition to the courthouse and various state and government offices, Waterville is home to the North Central Washington Fairgrounds and the Douglas County Museum. Starting from Pioneer Park a walk around town provides a glimpse of our history through the many craftsman and bungalow style homes as well as the lovely brick storefronts and churches built in the early 1900’s. You will also find a community pool and local library providing community services travelers are welcome to use.
